WHAT WE DO

OUR MISSION

Darwin’s unique connectivity technology enhances driving and supports the operation of autonomous vehicles.

Both self-driving and human-driven cars boast a wealth of electronic features, many of which rely on the internet. For these features to operate reliably, they need a reliable connection.

Darwin’s technology keeps you and your vehicle continuously connected to the internet, seamlessly switching between 4G, 5G and satellite networks based on availability. This makes it possible to access road maps, traffic information or real-time pickup requests even while travelling or in rural areas: valuable information for drivers, and essential for autonomous vehicles.

Safe, reliably connected autonomous vehicles are the future of the road, and Darwin’s innovative services are driving the world towards that future.

We can help your organisation make use of 5G, satellite and autonomous vehicles. For more information, contact us.

OUR PROJECTS

We run the Darwin Autonomous Shuttle, one of the first autonomous passenger services in the UK, and we offer an end-to-end service for companies interested in operating autonomous vehicles themselves. Our service includes:

  • importing and insuring autonomous vehicles
  • route mapping and commissioning
  • training vehicle safety operators
  • data collection and analysis
  • integration with existing apps or systems
